Shipping Areas
We ship to almost every pin code in India.

Shipping Costs
* Prepaid Orders : We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders. 
* Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, COD handling fee of ₹50 will be charged at checkout.

Delivery Timeline
*Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to verify, pack, and dispatch your order.
*Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.
    * Metros: 3-5 Days
    * Rest of India: 5-8 Days
    * Remote Areas: 7+ Days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use
this number to track your order until it arrives.

MANDATORY: Inspection Upon Delivery
For your safety, please do not accept any package if the seal is broken or if the package looks tampered with. If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To ensure timely delivery and reduce returns, all COD orders may be subject to a verification call or WhatsApp confirmation prior to shipping. AURIA STUDIO reserves the right to cancel COD orders if the customer cannot be contacted or if the address is incomplete.

Delays
While we strive for speed, delivery times are estimates. Delays due to public holidays, extreme weather, or courier strikes are beyond our control, but we will always help you track your package.
